IFS Certificate

The Association of German Retailers and the French Retailers Association have developed the IFS standard, the International Food Standard, which is the certification of quality for trademarks. The Association has developed a standard in terms food safety and all manufacturers are expected to produce within this standard. It can be applied for all processes from agricultural production to food processing.
